Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within approximately 24 hours after the order details and payment arrangements have been confirmed.

When shipping is needed and available, orders are generally shipped within two days after processing. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, service selected, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

Shipping charges are confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized and before a secure payment link is sent.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico may require specific carrier and address formatting. International shipments to the Dominican Republic may be subject to customs requirements, duties, taxes, or carrier fees. Any charges not included in the confirmed order total are the customer’s responsibility.
