Terms of Service

JV Fragrances LLC operates from Apopka, Florida, and offers fragrance products to customers in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

shopjvfragrances.com is the only official online store of JV Fragrances LLC. JV Fragrances LLC is not associated with jvfragrances.com, shopatjvfragrances.com, or any other similarly named website. Official order requests include a JV order reference and are personally confirmed before payment. Customers may contact us to verify whether an order originated with JV Fragrances LLC.

Product availability and pricing may change. Customers may send an order request through the JV Concierge shopping bag, but an order is not final until JV Fragrances LLC confirms the product, total price, shipping or pickup details, and payment arrangements.

After an order is confirmed, JV may send a secure Square payment link offering credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and eligible Afterpay installments. Availability of each option is determined by Square and the customer’s device or eligibility. We may also accept Zelle or cash when arranged directly. Payment must be confirmed before an order is processed unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.

We aim to provide accurate product information. Product images, packaging, color, and availability may vary. Customers should contact us before ordering if they need additional product details.

Website content is provided for general business and product-information purposes. We may update, remove, or correct content at any time.

Customers may submit honest ratings and comments about their experience. Submissions must be based on a genuine interaction with JV Fragrances LLC and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or personally sensitive information. A submission is reviewed privately and is not guaranteed to be published. When a customer gives permission to feature a review, JV Fragrances LLC may display it with the submitted name or as anonymous, according to the customer’s selection.
